Job Overview:
Are you passionate about hospitality, communication, and creating exceptional guest experiences? Join our team as a Host at a vibrant restaurant at Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse in Castle Rock. We are looking for individuals who embody our culture and are eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the serving team to coordinate seating and optimize table turnover.
- Uphold standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the dining area.
- Ring in online and in-person to go orders and handle cash and credit transactions accordingly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

pay range includes weekly tip out.Job Types:
