Job Description
Overview Develops and maintains effective relationships with current and potential Golden Nugget VIPs. Operates in compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations. Phone calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers. Emails to VIPs without valid phone number but with valid email address. Postal mail to VIPs without valid phone number or valid email address. Daily analytic reports for VIP status progression. Quarterly bonus eligibility based on job and player performance. Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategy to build and maintain relationships with Golden Nugget VIPs through: Phone Calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers. This includes keeping records of the disposition of each phone call. Personalized emails to customers with a valid email address. Direct Mail/Notes to VIPs with a valid physical mailing address. Learn and record VIP information to establish a rapport (ex. Birthday, marital status, game preferences, communication preferences, etc. Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database. Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to drive incremental visitation. Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as, but not inclusive of, hotel or restaurant reservations. Periodically survey and monitor surrounding competition concerning club points, promotions, and progress. Identify players with the potential to become a VIP. Issue discretionary comps (food, gas, hotel) based on play to build loyalty among current and potential VIPs. Assists with Special marketing and promotion events. Be knowledgeable of all Player's Club operations. Performs assigned Player Development duties within deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in casino operations, player development, hospitality, guest services, sales, or a related customer-facing role preferred. Previous experience as a Casino Host, VIP Host, Player Development Representative, or similar role strongly preferred. Knowledge of casino marketing programs, player rewards systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships with VIP and high-value guests. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales, networking, and customer service abilities. Ability to identify guest needs and provide personalized service solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information. Knowledge of gaming regulations, casino operations, and player tracking systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience with casino management and player tracking systems preferred. Ability to analyze guest play and make sound business decisions regarding complimentary services and guest reinvestment. Pay Range USD $57,784.00 - USD $57,784.00 /Yr. Tipped Position This position does not earn tips
