Our full bar is influenced by Colorado-made spirits, local beer, and a natural & organic wine selection. Our service approach is rooted in being hospitable, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and personable experience for our guests. This opportunity is a part-time position that requires approximately 3 shifts per week. The pay rate is $16.27/hr + tip share. Host Hosts are the first and last impression of Joy Hill, and sets the tone for the entire guest experience. This role requires managing reservations and the flow of the restaurant seamlessly. We are looking for someone who is organized, welcoming, and operates well under pressure.

Host Requirements:

Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and waitlists accurately Communicate table readiness and pacing with managers and servers Professional phone etiquette Assist with takeout coordination as needed Maintain a clean and organized host stand Can act as a support to servers when moments allow.

This includes:

clearing and resetting tables, refilling guests water glasses, rolling silverware

Qualifications:
