Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage wait times with efficiency and professionalism Handle restaurant reservation management using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about wait times, reservations, and menu details Maintain organized reservation logs and communicate effectively with team members about guest needs Assist in managing restaurant table management systems to ensure accurate seating assignments Uphold food safety standards and promote guest relations through attentive service and clear communication Skills Proven experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or food service environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and etiquette Solid organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts efficiently Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and billing procedures Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to enhance guest experiences

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 24.0 per week
