Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, establishing a friendly and professional first impression Manage restaurant reservations using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and inquiries Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and courteously Support food service staff by managing guest flow and ensuring timely seating Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow seamlessly Basic math skills for handling reservations, seating calculations, and POS transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to ensure guest well-being and satisfaction Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional guest service!
