Job Description
Host / Busser - Lucile's Creole Cafe | Longmont, CO Lucile's Creole Cafe in Longmont is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our front-of-house staff. We're hiring to help cover our weekly Host / Busser schedule. This is a fast-paced position that's ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and providing a welcoming experience for our guests. Responsibilities (Host 25%, hourly) Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner Manage the wait list and communicate accurate wait times Answer the phone and assist with guest inquiries/To-Go orders Responsibilities (Bus 75%, hourly + Tip-Out) Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready Restock service stations throughout the shift Assist with opening and closing duties Maintain cleanliness in guest-facing areas Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Weekend availability required Willingness to cover shifts outside of your schedule Schedule This is a consistent weekly schedule and is not an on-call or highly flexible position. Position works 4 shifts per week.
