In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Duties Open the front of house for the restaurant Greet guests warmly with a friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable upon arrival Assist with seating reservations and walk in parties Manage take out orders over the phone and through our online ordering system Bag and prepare take out orders to be picked up Handle cash and credit card transactions Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover and timely service Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols during guest interactions Restock take out desserts and sodas as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment for coworkers and customers Requirements Customer service experience required Restaurant experience preferred Must be able to work both independently and as a team Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends as required Week day availability a MUST - both lunch and dinner shifts
