Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the restaurant's POS system Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism Maintain phone etiquette when answering calls for reservations or inquiries Assist in maintaining a positive dining experience through guest relations Requirements Previous host/host experience preferred, with a background in food service or hospitality Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems a plus Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions Join our team as a Host/Host where you can showcase your hospitality skills while providing exceptional service to our valued guests!
