Must be available to work weeknights and weekends Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservation systems with efficiency and friendliness Handle restaurant reservation management using OpenTable Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and taking reservations or messages as needed Coordinate with the service team to assign tables and communicate guest needs effectively Maintain organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and seating charts to ensure seamless operations Assist in managing restaurant table management systems to maximize seating capacity and reduce wait times Skills Proven experience as a host in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and clear verbal interactions Solid organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts efficiently Basic math skills for handling reservations, wait times, and table counts accurately
