Job Description

The Host is responsible for delivering an outstanding first impression to all visitors, by embodying the warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm that makes customers feel welcome. The Host will function as an ambassador for our business, taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer. Responsibilities The Host will have a variety of daily responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Greet walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth. Efficiently and professionally answer telephones. Create appointments in CRM software when needed.
  • Conduct appointment confirmations via phone call / text / email
  • Oversee general cleanliness and image of showroom
  • Process credit card payments
  • Filing, scanning and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist department managers with additional tasks during non-busy periods. Competencies
  • Exceptional people skills. Ability to connect with visitors and co-workers with enthusiasm and warmth.
  • Professional and polished in appearance and communication.
  • Proactive in approach to daily responsibilities and beyond. A team player will actively look for ways to assist co-workers and management as needed.
  • High customer-first orientation. Delivers first-class customer service in all interactions.
  • Able to identify best practices and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Highly detail oriented . Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Skills
  • Ability to quickly learn in-house management software
  • Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office suite
  • Competent in using phone system
  • Skilled in filing, scanning and general office tasks
  • Completion of brand training as assigned
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
