Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere from the moment they step in Manage guest check-in processes using POS systems and process cash transactions accurately Coordinate and oversee event activities, ensuring smooth flow and timely execution of entertainment programs Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts swiftly with effective conflict management techniques, and maintain high levels of customer service Enforce safety protocols diligently, including crowd control, manual handling of equipment, and adherence to health guidelines Assist with outdoor work activities such as setting up event spaces or managing outdoor seating areas when needed Support emergency response efforts by being trained in first aid and CPR to ensure guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, especially in outdoor or outdoor venue settings Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; training will be provided if necessary Experience working with children or family-friendly events is a plus Familiarity with retail sales, food service, or resort environments enhances your ability to engage guests effectively Ability to lift heavy items safely (heavy lifting) and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor; confident public speaking abilities are advantageous Knowledge of safety protocols, including food safety standards and outdoor work safety measures Previous experience in theater or entertainment venues is beneficial but not required Join us as a Nightlife Host and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
