Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist hosts in managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Clear tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for incoming guests Support servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or beverages as needed Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper table setting techniques is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and sustained physical activity Experience in catering or hospitality environments helps in understanding guest expectations and service excellence Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments.
