Host / Hostess — Lazy Sister Norwalk Lazy Sister is looking for a friendly, high-energy, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to join our team in South Norwalk. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, attentive, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting and welcoming guests Managing reservations and seating through Resy Paying close attention to guest notes, preferences, special occasions, and VIPs Managing the waitlist and helping maintain an organized flow of the dining room Answering phones and assisting guests with reservation questions Assisting the team with dining room setup before service Monitoring and organizing delivery and takeout orders Communicating clearly with servers, managers, bartenders, and the kitchen throughout service Helping create a positive, hospitable atmosphere for every guest What we're looking for: Someone friendly, confident, professional, guest-forward, comfortable in a busy restaurant environment, and able to multitask while staying calm and organized. Previous hosting or Resy experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule:

Wednesday-Sunday, approximately 4:40 PM-9:30 PM , with some weekend shifts running until approximately 10:00 PM . There may also be opportunities to pick up an additional shift for the right candidate. Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
