Job Description
Arden's is looking for an experienced Host / Maître d' to join our evening team Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-service restaurant experience who can confidently manage the host stand while also keeping an eye on the flow of the entire dining room. Responsibilities include managing reservations and walk-ins, greeting and seating guests, pacing tables, communicating with the kitchen and FOH team, assisting with expediting orders, and helping ensure service runs smoothly throughout the evening. We're looking for someone warm, polished, organized, and calm under pressure who understands the rhythm of a restaurant and knows how to take ownership of the room. Prior hosting or maître d' experience in a full-service restaurant is strongly preferred.
