Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with menus. Manage the seating chart and ensure timely seating of guests. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs. Handle reservations and walk-in guests with professionalism and courtesy. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Utilize Aloha POS system for managing reservations and guest information. Assist in providing excellent customer service by helping guests with any requests or needs. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including phone etiquette and handling reservations.
