Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Take reservations and manage the waiting list
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries pertaining take our orders, catering, & reservations
• Collaborate with

FOH & BOH

staff to ensure smooth operations

• Process payments and operate the POS system accurately

• Hospitality:

  Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Customer service: Deliver exceptional service and address guest needs promptly
• Guest relations: Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience

• Communication:

  Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management
• POS (Point of Sale) system: Proficient in using Toast POS or similar software for order processing and payment transactions
• Phone etiquette: Handle phone calls professionally and assist callers with inquiries or reservations
• Guest services: Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance when required

Helpfulness:

Willingness to assist guests and team members as needed. We cross train in bussing, food running, expo, & servering if interest & willingness is shown.
