Job Summary Join our Fine Dining team as a Host/Hostess. In this role, you will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment guests arrive. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will help set the tone for a memorable visit. Responsibilities Inviting personality Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Assist in organizing special events Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name Greet customers upon their departure Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options Maintain a clean reception area Cater to guests who require extra attention Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries Assist wait staff as needed ​

Qualifications:

Be able to work in a standing position and walk for long periods of time Be able to safely lift up to 30 lbs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices Experience managing large party reservations Demonstrable customer-service skills Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance guest experiences Availability to work in shifts as needed Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience in banquet service or hotel hospitality is advantageous for versatile support roles Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in busy settings ​

Our Chef works closely with local farmers and vendors to ensure that our menu always highlights what's fresh, local and in-season. Our location includes indoor and outdoor dining as well as several large event spaces, all of which are open year round, and pose endless opportunities for growth and advancement.
