Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and give every guest a great first impression Answer phones, take reservations, and manage the waitlist Seat guests efficiently and rotate sections fairly among servers Quote accurate wait times and keep guests updated during busy periods Take and prepare takeout and catering orders for pickup Help coordinate seating for private parties and events Keep the host stand, entrance, and menus clean and organized Answer basic questions about the menu and specials Work closely with servers, bussers, and management to keep the dining room running smoothly Qualifications Friendly, upbeat, professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Stays calm and organized on busy nights Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous host or restaurant experience is a plus
