First impressions matter — and at Ramen Lab Eatery, our hosts set the tone. We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who love people and can keep our front door and flow running smoothly. But this role is more than just seating guests — you'll also be trained in making our boba drinks! That's right — our hosts also learn how to make our signature boba teas and help with takeout orders during peak times. If you're upbeat, adaptable, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect place to grow.

What We're Looking For:

A people person — welcoming, upbeat, and guest-focused Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Organized and calm under pressure Experience in hospitality - 1 year work experience required Willingness to learn and follow recipes for boba drinks

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage seating with flow and fairness Communicate wait times clearly and accurately Manage takeout orders and phone calls efficiently Prepare and serve boba teas with accuracy and consistency Keep the front-of-house area clean and welcoming Help with to-go packing, light bussing, or table resets when needed
