Our Hosts are responsible for: Greeting all guests who enter the building with a smile Seating all dine in guests in the appropriate section Using a POS system to enter takeout orders and process transactions Answering all phone calls and directing them to the proper department, or entering a takeout order placed over the phone Accurately entering online orders as tickets come in Maintaining a presentable host stand and completing side work duties
