Restaurant Hostess Hostessing is more than just a friendly "hello"! It's a critical part of managing the flow and tempo of the business. Through patience, communication, knowledge of server rotation, accommodations of customer needs and requests, and experience with reservation software, this position holds the keys to keeping the dining room running smoothly.

This position requires the following:

Proven restaurant experience relatable to casual fine dining/fine dining. Friendly demeanor, customer focused, clear, concise and timely communication skills, ability to listen to customers needs and provide solutions in accordance with company procedures and policies. Accurately and quickly assess situations, a willingness to follow procedures, have leadership qualities but work well independently and as a team member. Must have the ability to multitask and think on your feet. Last but not least a neatly groomed appearance. Great job for a college student or teacher looking for part-time work in the evenings.
