You'll be one of the first people our guests meet, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, organized and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a great first impression. Manage seating and help maintain an organized flow in the dining area. Take dine-in, takeout and phone orders accurately using our Toast POS system . Process cash and credit-card payments accurately. Answer questions about our menu, specials and restaurant. Assist with takeout orders and ensure orders are complete and presented properly. Keep the host/cashier and front-of-house areas clean and organized. Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods. Provide friendly, attentive service throughout every shift. Requirements Restaurant, hospitality, host or cashier experience is preferred, but we will consider the right person with a great attitude. Friendly, outgoing and comfortable interacting with guests. Reliable and punctual. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using a POS system; Toast experience is an asset but not required . Able to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment. Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends .
