Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
• Maintain a clean reception area and dining room
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Willingness to help others and work as part of a team
