Premium Lounge Host Stogies Ft Myers Cigar Lounge Fort Myers, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $12 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Serving Retail sales transactions Processing cash transactions Attention to detail Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description Premium Lounge Host Fort Myers, FL | Premium Retail & Hospitality We're looking for someone who knows how to take care of people. This isn't a traditional bartending job, and it's not simply retail. We're an established premium cigar lounge where guests come to relax, socialize, have a beer or coffee, discover new cigars, and feel at home. As a Premium Lounge Host, you manage that entire experience. You'll welcome guests, learn what they like, recommend products, serve beer and coffee, maintain the lounge, handle retail transactions, and make sure everyone who walks through the door feels taken care of. You don't need to be a cigar expert. We'll teach you that. We're more interested in finding someone who is:

• Naturally outgoing and comfortable talking with different types of people
• Hospitality-minded and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests
• Confident recommending and selling products without being pushy
• Dependable, mature, and able to work independently
• Comfortable serving beer and preparing coffee
• Detail-oriented and willing to keep the lounge clean and organized
• Interested in learning premium cigars and becoming knowledgeable about the industry This position combines elements of a lounge host, barista, bartender, retail specialist, and tobacconist—but above everything else, it's about hospitality.

Our regular guests aren't transactions. They're part of the atmosphere we're building. We're looking for someone who understands that difference.
