Job Scope Perform duties to ensure guests have a great experience consistent with our brand by garnishing dishes in accordance with established standards, expediting delivery of food to guests utilizing table and seat numbers, and clearing / resetting tables in between seatings. Expedite the process of routing items to tables by utilizing the kitchen display screens; communicate table & seat numbers accurately and clearly Clear tables of used plates, glasses & flatware; properly scrap and organize items in the dishwashing drop-off area Set tables consistent with established facility standards Execute all side-job duties as assigned by management Demonstrate teamwork by supporting coworkers without regard to job titles or rank Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement Perform other related duties as assigned by management Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience and Skills Previous serving experience required Excellent oral communication skills Positive interpersonal skills required Must speak and read English fluently Must be at least 18years of age License/Certifications Food Safety Manager Certification is a bonus ADA Information Physical requirements: Must be able to speak, see, and hear Requires close and distance vision Walks and stands frequently Walks for long periods of time, possibly extended distances Frequently lifts/carries up to 20 pounds Occasionally lifts/carries up to 40 pounds Continually uses manual dexterity and gross motor skills Reaches hands and arms in any direction, keeling and stooping repeatedlyWork Conditions:
