Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a welcoming smile, love interacting with people, and enjoy working in a vibrant environment, this role is for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they depart. Manage reservation and seating systems efficiently. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about our menu and services. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entry area and dining room. Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Address guest queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in planning and managing private events or special occasions as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Host in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A welcoming and vibrant personality that enhances guest experiences. Ability to stand for extended periods and manage the demands of a busy entrance. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings. Why Join Us?
