As a Host, you will manage guest seating, handle reservations, and ensure smooth flow of service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel valued and comfortable from arrival to departure Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with courteous and clear communication, providing accurate information about wait times and availability Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist with guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and positively Qualifications Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills Experience working in hotel or food service environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
