About the Role We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to host live sales streams on TikTok . You'll be selling products in a fast-paced, interactive environment. If you're confident on camera, competitive, and love engaging with people, this is a high-income opportunity. We are one of the biggest home goods channel on TikTok. If you like browsing TJ Maxx/Home Goods this is for you. Compensation $20/hour starting + commission after training (Hourly ends up ranging from $30-50 depending on the day and host) $15/hr during training (less than a week) What You'll Do Host live TikTok sales streams Engage with viewers and drive purchases Present and sell products in real time Work alongside a team (helper + fulfillment support) Track and improve your performance over time What We're Looking For Confident and comfortable on camera Strong communication skills High energy / good personality Competitive and highly-motivated Reliable and consistent

Availability Requirements:

3-4 days a week (can work more) , 5 hour shifts Must be able to commit to weekends. Looking for people available for evening streams. Past 6pm EST Historically the best days on TikTok Live are Wednesday - Sunday. Nights usually better than mornings. Hosts who usually work night and weekend shifts make the most commission. No experience required — we'll train you. But, experience in sales or social media is highly recommended!
