Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive first impression Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments swiftly and accurately Maintain organized restaurant table management using restaurant experience and organizational skills to ensure smooth flow of service Assist with food safety protocols by adhering to health standards and ensuring cleanliness in cashier stations Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a hospitable environment Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service experience preferred; strong background in hospitality is a plus Proficiency with restaurant table management systems and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and etiquette, to engage confidently with guests and team members Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, seating charts, and cashier duties efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive guest interactions Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
