Health and beauty About the Role The ideal candidate is confident on camera, naturally engaging, comfortable speaking to an online audience, and knows how to turn conversations into sales. Responsibilities Host live selling shows from our Miami location. Engage viewers through live chat and create an entertaining, interactive environment. Explain product features, condition, pricing, and relevant details clearly. Build excitement around auctions, giveaways, new arrivals, and special offers. Encourage viewers to bid, purchase, follow the account, and return for future shows. Develop relationships with repeat customers and members of the community. Learn the key characteristics, history, and selling points of the watches being presented. Work with our team to select products and prepare inventory before each show. Assist with planning show themes, promotions, auctions, and special events. Represent the company professionally and maintain the image expected from a luxury brand. Help analyze which products, formats, and promotions perform best. What We're Looking For Extremely comfortable speaking and presenting on camera. Energetic, outgoing, persuasive personality. Strong sales and communication skills. Ability to improvise and keep a livestream entertaining. Comfortable interacting with customers in real time. Reliable and professional. Previous experience in sales, livestreaming, retail, social media, broadcasting, or content creation is preferred. Previous Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok Live, or other livestream selling experience is a major plus. English required; Spanish is a major plus. Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. Hourly pay There is significant growth potential for the right candidate as our live-commerce operation expands.
