As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining or hospitality experience. This role offers a dynamic environment where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will shine, ensuring every guest feels valued and comfortable throughout their visit. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a genuine smile and positive attitude, making them feel welcomed from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assisting with reservations or inquiries Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to ensure a smooth flow of guest traffic Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to optimize seating efficiency and reduce wait times Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their overall experience Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary Requirements Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or hospitality environments is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in restaurant operations, serving, or hotel guest services is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster positive interactions Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your welcoming spirit makes every guest's visit memorable!
