Conrad Orlando is looking to welcome a Seasonal Host/Hostess to join the team! Our hotel sits on the 1,100acre Evermore Orlando Resort bordering Walt Disney World with a 20acre tropical beach and 8acre lagoon setting the stage for luxury which is as harmonious as it is captivating. It features 433 rooms, 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and inroom dining. Our Papaya Club, our Polynesian inspired restaurant which is open for Lunch 10:30am6pm and Dinner 6pm9pm. The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience as a Host/Hostess within restaurants. Ability to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern:

Seasonal from 2/20/2026 8/28/2026. Must have Friday & Saturday availability (weekdays, weekends, holidays) Typical Shifts from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Pay Rate:

What will I be doing? As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs Seat guests and manage the seating chart Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow Perform opening and closing duties, as needed Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Ensure knowledge of menu Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships What are we looking for?
