Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient customer service Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest services, including answering questions about menu items or restaurant policies Support food safety and cleanliness standards in line with hospitality best practices Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for handling reservations and managing seating charts accurately Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality principles to ensure guest satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest relations and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
