You'll be one of the first team members guests interact with, providing friendly service while keeping the dining area organized and comfortable. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service. Assist guests with questions, dining room needs, and general requests. Keep tables, floors, counters, and other dining areas clean and presentable. Restock dining room supplies such as napkins, condiments, cups, and utensils. Monitor the dining room and promptly address spills, trash, and other cleanliness concerns. Help guests with seating and accommodate families, children, and guests with special needs when possible. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout each shift. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience. Follow Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to remain professional and welcoming in a fast-paced environment. No previous restaurant experience required; training will be provided. What We're Looking For The ideal Dining Room Host enjoys serving others, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and understands that small acts of hospitality can make a big difference in a guest's experience. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry supplies as needed. Ability to safely perform cleaning and dining-room maintenance tasks. Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available. Scheduling may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant needs.
