Job Description

Front Desk Responsibilities:
Answering phones, coordinating an organized wait Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Keep a clean and organized work station Coordinate reservations, large parties and events
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively At J.
