Overview:

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to work in the food service industry and gain valuable experience in guest relations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Manage waitlist and seating arrangements
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast.
• Ability to work well in a team and prioritize tasks effectively
