Job Summary
- In person applications preferred
- We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Answer phone calls
- Process take out orders, and payment.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy dining area
- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- Manage waitlists and communicate wait times to guests
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or guest relations preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate and assist guests
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills
