Essential Functions:

• Promptly greet guests as they are seated and serve ice water.
• Serve olive oil and warm bread in proportion to the number of guests at each table. Do not over-serve on bread service and monitor waste.
• Assist servers in pre-bussing tables between courses. Respond to any guest requests in a timely manner.
• Quickly bus and reset tables after guests leave. Communicate with management and the front desk in order to reset tables for the proper number of guests as designated by the reservation book or wait list.
• Fully clean tables after guests depart. This includes wiping down chairs/booths, changing linens, and sweeping floors.
• Assist servers with food delivery, especially during peak hours and with large parties.
• Complete side work before and after the shift as directed by management.
• Be prepared to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations as directed by management.
