Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism, establishing a friendly and inviting atmosphere Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service transitions Answer guest inquiries via phone with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and available services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Support the team during busy periods by managing guest flow and providing exceptional guest services that enhance overall experience Skills Proven experience as a Host or in a similar host/hostess role within food service or restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in diverse settings Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and billing processes Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries, reservations, and feedback gracefully Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services roles is highly desirable Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of serving protocols, hospitality standards, and guest engagement techniques Embark on a rewarding journey where your friendly demeanor and organizational talents will shine!
