We design and sell handcrafted home décor — carved wooden pieces, beaded and embroidered table linens, candle holders, and seasonal gifts — across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. We are expanding into live selling and are hiring an on-camera host to present our products and drive real-time sales. This is an on-site, part-time, in-office role at our Alpharetta location. It is not remote. You will stream from our studio, using our products and our setup. You bring the energy, the personality, and the selling instinct. We provide the products, the equipment, and full product training. Schedule Part-time, approximately 3 sessions per week, 2 to 3 hours per session. Sessions held during weekday afternoons. All work is on-site at our Alpharetta office. What You Will Do Host live shopping streams on TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, and similar platforms Present and demonstrate Decozenn products in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way Hold viewer attention and keep the stream lively and well paced across the full session Interact with the live audience in real time — answer questions, respond to comments, build rapport Drive real-time sales and hit per-session goals Help stage and style products on set before going live Adjust lighting, camera framing, and product placement to ensure the stream looks professional and the products are shown at their best Troubleshoot platform, software, and technical issues live, on the spot, without losing the audience Platform Knowledge & Troubleshooting This role requires real working knowledge of live selling platforms — not just having used them, but understanding how they actually behave under live conditions. You must know the ins and outs of TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and similar platforms, including how to handle the real-world issues that come up mid-stream. When something goes wrong — a platform glitches, the stream drops, comments stop loading, audio cuts out, the feed lags, an account flags — you need to identify the problem, fix it, and keep going without panic. Prior hands-on experience troubleshooting these platforms live is essential. A candidate who freezes when something breaks is not the right fit for this role. What We Are Looking For Hands-on experience hosting live shopping streams (TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or similar). This is required. A natural, photogenic, confident on-camera presence Strong verbal communication and the ability to keep an audience engaged Genuine selling ability — comfortable presenting products and closing Deep working knowledge of multiple live selling platforms and their quirks Proven ability to troubleshoot platform, connection, and equipment issues live on the spot Basic understanding of photography, lighting, and camera angles — and how to use them to make products look their best on camera Comfortable with technology — able to operate camera, microphone, lighting, and streaming software with minimal supervision Attention to detail in how products are shown and described Reliable, punctual, and professional Available to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA Nice to Have Background in sales, retail, presenting, hosting, or content creation Familiarity with home décor or lifestyle products Experience with streaming setups, OBS, ring lights, lapel mics, or similar gear Your own social following What We Provide All products Studio setup, lighting, camera, and microphone Full product training A clean, professional in-office environment About Decozenn Decozenn is a premium artisan home décor brand founded in 2017.
