Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel appreciated and excited about their visit Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize flow Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, or services to enhance guest experience Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, turning any issues into positive resolutions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas Support event setup or special occasion arrangements as needed to ensure seamless execution Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and seating logistics effectively Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of safety protocols and cleanliness standards in public spaces Join us as a Host and become the welcoming face that makes every guest feel at home!
