Live Shopping Host Part-Time | In-Studio | Atlanta, GA PAY $18 to $25 per hour based on experience | Performance bonus available

sessions per week | Weekdays within 9 AM to 5 PM | Consistent time slots HOURS 6 to 8 hours per week to start, with room to grow to 10 to 15 hours per week

ABOUT ADMIRAL ROW

Admiral Row is an Atlanta-based jewelry brand with one-of-one vintage finds and modern everyday pieces. We are building our live social presence from the ground up and are hiring our first on-camera host to help lead that effort.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident, warm host to lead our live sessions on Instagram and TikTok. Some sessions will focus on selling; others will be vintage drop previews, styling moments, or community-building content. The right person knows how to hold an audience, talk about jewelry naturally, and make viewers feel like they are shopping with a friend who has great taste. This is a recurring weekly commitment. The host becomes the face of Admiral Row to our growing audience, and consistency is what turns first-time viewers into loyal customers. We are looking for someone who takes that seriously and wants to grow with the brand over time. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady, reliable supplemental income and genuinely enjoys being on camera.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Live Hosting (Primary)

• Host two live sessions per week on Instagram Live and TikTok, with future expansion to additional platforms
• Present products on camera with try-ons, styling ideas, and gifting guidance
• Maintain energy and engagement throughout sessions, which may run up to 2 hours
• Answer customer questions and guide viewers through the purchasing process
• Prepare for sessions by selecting and staging featured pieces in the studio
• Support product drops and limited Vintage Vault moments when scheduled Community Building (Supporting)
• Respond to viewer comments and messages during scheduled work hours
• Encourage participation through prompts, questions, and call-outs during sessions
• Track common questions and viewer feedback to improve future sessions
• Speak accurately about materials, care, and product details to build customer trust

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Natural, confident on-camera presence; comfortable and engaging for sessions up to 2 hours
• A genuine love of jewelry and personal style that comes through naturally on camera
• you are someone your audience will want to take style cues from
• Warm personality that builds real rapport with an audience
• Highly reliable and consistent; this role requires showing up every week without exception
• No existing commitments that would conflict with a recurring weekly schedule
• Comfortable in a small business environment and open to direction as we build this together
• Basic knowledge of jewelry and vintage, or genuine enthusiasm to learn quickly Nice to Have
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality, hosting, performing, UGC creation, or live selling
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or similar platforms
• Evening and weekend availability for future session testing

A NOTE ON COMMITMENT

We are building something from scratch, and the host we hire will be the consistent face our audience grows with. This is not a role that works well for someone between projects or managing multiple professional commitments. We want someone who is fully present for this and excited to build something over time.
