The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will assist in managing guest relations and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs. Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed. Requirements:

Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
