We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host.

Job Description:

As a Host at Rock N Roll Sushi, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting, seating, and assisting customers, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a positive, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Manage the waitlist and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner. Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about the menu and restaurant. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and waiting areas. Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service. Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests. Assist with various front-of-house tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team player. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
