Party Host Responsibilities Welcome birthday families and help make their party experience amazing Set up and prepare party rooms before events Assist with food, drinks, and party supplies Keep party rooms clean and organized Help families with questions and requests throughout their party Clean and reset party rooms after events Provide fun, friendly, and attentive customer service with the opportunity to earn tips! Front Desk Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude Check guests in and process admissions Assist customers with memberships, parties, and general questions Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately Sell arcade/game cards and redeem prizes Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized Ensure guests understand Whimzy rules and policies Help create a welcoming and fun environment for families Café Responsibilities Take food and drink orders Prepare and serve café items Operate a cash register/POS system Keep food prep areas, counters, and café seating clean Restock food, drinks, and supplies Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures Provide quick and friendly service during busy periods What We're Looking For Upbeat and positive personality Friendly and comfortable interacting with children and families Reliable and dependable Able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Willing to clean and help wherever needed Able to stand and be active for extended periods Must be available to work weekends Previous customer service, food service, childcare, or party/event experience is a plus, but not required Important to Know This is an active position ! Our team members are constantly moving, cleaning, helping guests, setting up parties, working in the café, and keeping Whimzy running smoothly.
