Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and presentable Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest service delivery Assist in guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, turning any issues into positive resolutions Support the overall hospitality environment by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, or serving roles is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest seating procedures Join our team to deliver exceptional hospitality that leaves lasting impressions!
