Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage restaurant reservations using advanced table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, taking reservations and addressing guest inquiries Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support food service staff by ensuring smooth flow of guests and timely seating arrangements Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a similar customer service role within a restaurant environment Strong knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear phone communication and etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and organization skills Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and guest counts accurately Familiarity with food safety standards and hospitality best practices Experience with POS systems including Micros POS or similar platforms is preferred Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest services and foster positive guest relations Join our team as a Host/Hostess where your vibrant personality will shine! Pay:
