Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with guest relations by providing attentive service and anticipating needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette for handling reservations or inquiries. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is preferred but not required.
