This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, operating POS systems, and handling cashier duties with professionalism and efficiency. Previous experience as a host/hostess is preferred, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with POS systems. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a positive first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating flow Handle phone communications professionally, answering inquiries and taking reservations as needed Operate POS systems accurately for processing customer payments and transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Assist in coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving concerns promptly Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth front-of-house operations Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and friendly demeanor Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Join our team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and hospitality!
