Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher / Host / Runner and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! This energetic role combines essential kitchen support with front-of-house hospitality, ensuring smooth operations from food prep to guest service. You'll be the backbone of our restaurant, maintaining cleanliness, supporting food safety standards, and providing friendly service that keeps guests coming back. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Running food & assisting Servers & FOH staff Assist with food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff, including basic chopping and ingredient handling Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices aligned with kitchen health and safety standards Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and assisting with guest needs to ensure a welcoming dining environment Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, ovens, and other small appliances Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while adhering to proper ergonomic techniques Support food handling procedures during service to uphold food safety management protocols Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
